Everyone has their own station with a spin bike, weights, bands, TRX, etc.

What Exactly is a Health Coach?
Health coaches specialize in behavior change.
This means we support individuals in finding their own strategies and motivation for change, overcoming obstacles, and implementing those changes so they can truly enjoy their life!
Health coaches do not operate on the ‘expert model’; lecture, prescribe, or simply dispense advice. Instead, they empower others to make the choice for health; supporting them as they embrace healthy lifestyle changes on their journey to thriving. A health coach is a partner that helps individuals maximize their potential and inherent strengths.
We have the power to live a healthy and flourishing lifestyle, simply by adopting healthy habits & taking care of ourself.
This sounds simple, but we all know change is anything but easy! It takes a lot of motivation, strength, and strategy to change, especially if we have been living a certain way for quite some time. Most importantly, it takes support and having people believe you are capable of that change. We all know we need to change, so the lack of information isn’t the problem.
People ARE capable of creating the changes they desire, but often need support and guidance through the process.
That is where a Health Coach comes in!
THE HEALTH COACH IS:
A highly trained professional in behavior change science. We use scientifically-backed theories and strategies to help individuals overcome obstacles in pursuit of their goals.
Has a knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and functional health to help individuals determine the best approach for their situation.
Builds relationships based on trust, communication, and continued belief that clients have what it takes to successfully make the changes they desire.
